that is a simple website you talking about which people can create for themselves within 30 minutes. You do not need much knowledge about and there are many sites offering templates and themes to create one. Unless you have very advanced programming skills you cannot justify that price and I don´t think the market is there.

Corporate sites, i think that is where the money is, and they demand very professional and top quality things. You must have good knowledge of joomla, wordpress, php/mysql and other web script languages. good thing is you can charge higher prices up to 400 or $600 each.

do some market research first ask friends and look around to see who will need your services, before jumping to do something nobody will buy.
