Its kinda hard to comment....On one hand refs should not be in direct running lanes when a team is attacking....and I have certainly seen ref being run over in games when they do that. But deliberate pushing is something else though. TV yakatiparira....

I still wonder why they did not just caution him after establishing "McKenzie accepted there were "compelling and exceptional mitigating factors" in that Mujati was suffering from concussion when the offence occurred."
