Herself, surely? Why should she represent "all Africans" (even if that were remotely possible)?
As for "disgrace" to all Africans", I think she comes far, far down the list. Mugabe's right up there for a start (actually, he's a disgrace to humanity as a whole), along with a lot of other Africans, past and present (Verwoerd for another; and, Mobutu, anyone?)
