In summer I don't have a problem because I drink at least 2L of water a day but in winter I suffer as I don't drink that amount of water due to coffee and tea.

Any tips would be appreciated.

I think you rub it on.

Drink at least 8 glasses of alkaline water. Why alkaline water? This reality is composed of minerals with small molecular particles. Natural composition of minerals can penetrate deeper into the cells. Provides better hydration.

One of the most common skin conditions that may be affecting you is dry skin.Dry skin has a low level of sebum and can be prone to sensitivity. The skin has a parched look caused by its inability to retain moisture.Dry skin is most common on your face, hands, arms and legs.

The best cure for dry skin is an ancient exfoliation technique that has been used for centuries. For dry skin use a creamy cleanser to melt away dirt. Leave it on your skin before sweeping it away with cotton wool. One of the best ingredients for all skin types is retinol,as it helps to regulate, normalize, and repair skin on a molecular level.

E45 Lotion is very effective.  It is perfume free and hypoallergenic.

Swap regular tea and coffee for green tea, you will soon notice the benefits and also try drinking water at room temperature during the winter period.

If you suffer from dry skin I recommend you learn to make you own homemade face recipes, body remedies and other treatments. They are much more gentle and potent than most commercial products.
