Most Zims I see in the diaspora are duff-doondaz and have got protruding backsides, they need to get out on the road and do some running or find a sports field and do some interval training and such.

The gym is a good place to socialize and find people with common interests.I like Brock's gym because it's straightforward and you can avoid the trainer.Your muscles need time to recuperate. Also, your goal will determine how you lift.

I walked into the commercial gym yesterday after a long day of work excited to begin my workout. After warming up I proceeded to the squat rack to start my resistance training workout. I unfortunately ran into a bit of a roadblock.

in Bulawayo there is only one gymn for the whole city. Going to the gymn i think is seen as a whiteman's thing and with the living wages most people are getting nobody thinks of that... for business wise i'll advise you to target the upper class, spend a lot of money marketing to create the fitness and health culture..

well i for one go to the gym, starting a gym here's probably not a good idea, you can cancel women from your target market except maybe a few white women or black women who've been told by the doctor to hit the gym.. definitely no personal trainers, that would be a waste and uhm, you'll have to do a lot of research on your target market
