Mthwaka I think it was the Afrikaaners and the British settlers who stopped the aMatebele from conquoring and enslaving all the other tribes north of the Limpopo river.
Otherwise we would be seeing the toursim advert "Come to Matebeleland and see sunny Harare". :)
So you love to believe your own lies. The British and the Afrikaaners were after their own interests. They never, and have never given a damn about these sorry Shona Gukurahundis, or any other tribe for that matter.

Anywhere, that is all in history. I am talking about our most recent history, and it is replete with examples of Shona and Afrikaaner cruelty and you also know this.

The 1976 Soweto uprisings were against the imposition of Afrikaans in Black schools. This is exactly the same with the invasion of Mthwakazi by the Shona Gukurahundists, ostensubly to hunt down dissidents, and yet the whole idea was to impose Shona Zezuru in our region, as it is so well documented in their 1979 Grand Plan!!

Today there is Afrikaans everywhere in Mzansi - in Zimbabwe, there is Zezuru everywhere in Mthwakazi - all because of the evil designs of these two pieces of human shiiit, Afriaaners and Shonas!!!

I think you missed the point of what I was trying to say.
Happily lost in warm misty memories.

I guess the operative term here is "trying to say" - please stop trying, just say it!!

OK.
The King's warriors would have taken all the country (including Harare) if the boers and English settlers had not stopped them. ;)

So you see, sowuyibeka kahle manje. In this case you can see that the English colonialists were after the land and not after protecting the sorry Shona Gukurahundi tribe.

So, whether there were Shonas or no Shonas to be enjoyed as meat by the worriors - this was irrelevant to the colonialists. Their main aim was to deal with the strongest forces of them all among the natives, that they saw as an impediment to their colonialism project.

Now that we agree on this one, I still don't see why anyone could view any other nations as worse colonialists than the modern-day oppressor colonialists in the form of the Shona and the Afrikaaner?
